Night Time Kashtah (Picnic)

This trip is unique in timing and location. The kashtah will be on the banks of one of the ravines and valleys near Riyadh at night. On this trip, you will learn the skills of an authentic Saudi kashtah, starting with the basics of choosing a seating location, then preparing and laying out the full seating area, lighting the fire (shabbah), preparing authentic Saudi coffee from scratch, preparing dinner and authentic Saudi kabsa, preparing tea, and then getting ready to leave.
